This is the most common service our customers choose and covers the end to end purchasing process for your next property including but not limited to:

Identification of property strategy including property type, location, price range etc. and ensuring you are “Buyer Ready” (finance, deposit, and mindset). Sourcing and shortlisting of properties, inspecting properties, liaising and negotiation with real estate agents, conveyancers\lawyers, brokers, building and pest inspectors, assisting with the contract exchange\settlement process, final pre-settlement inspection and if required attendance at auction.

For an additional fee we can also help you source land and build your dream home or Investment Property at wholesale rates!

Everything that is involved in buying your next property we will take care of and we are 100% confident we can deliver an amazing outcome every time.

If you have already found your dream property but you are not comfortable negotiating or working with the Vendors (sellers) Agent we can take care of this for you.

We would initially meet with you to understand the outcome you are looking for and the terms you need submitted with your offer.

We then review the local market and your chosen property to obtain confidence that we can negotiate the property for you within your price range whilst also taking into account the terms you wish to submit with your offer.

The rate covers negotiation on up to 2 properties on your behalf. 

If you have already found your dream property but you are not comfortable bidding at auction we can take care of this for you.

Note, most agents charge a flat upfront rate of between $800 - $1000+ GST which only covers their attendance at 1 auction regardless of whether they are successful for you or not.

We will meet with you prior to the auction and review the local market and property to understand whether your intended purchase range aligns with what the property is likely to sell for. 

Only if we feel we can secure the property for you within your price range will we agree to bid at auction on your behalf for that property as we do not want to charge our clients if don’t feel we obtain the property within your price range. 

As there is a considerable amount of investigation and planning involved obtain a high level of confidence in securing a property for you at auction the rate charged covers our attendance at up to 2 Auctions regardless of whether we are successful in securing the property or not.

Ask us for more information on this fee model, we may be able to negotiate attendance at additional auctions for a significantly reduced rate if we feel your purchase price range is within proximity to securing the next property. 

It’s often hard to gauge the outcome of an auction and at times we can be outbid by 1 or 2 desperate buyers but once those buyers are removed from the market we may be more confident in securing the next property and often this can be done without having to push the upper limits of your purchase budget.

We are only ever a phone call away and always happy to provide property related guidance over the phone at any time.

We will happily offer our clients 1-2 hours free of charge to assist you with any property related strategy and data gathering. We want to be your long term partner in wealth building and to help you reach your goals however beyond the initial free 1-2 hours additional time is charged in 2 hour blocks at $110 per hour inc GST.
