Strategy Session Details

Congratulations on taking the next step in your Property Investment journey. Once you have booked your Free, No Obligation 1-1 Strategy Session our owner and director Andy will be in touch with a Strategy Template for you to complete. He will also arrange a location to meet for your 1-1 or a video\phone option if we aren't able to connect face to face.

The Strategy Template should only take about 10-15 minutes for you to populate and return. The template provides us with a good initial picture of where you are now, what your goals are and any potential road blocks that we may need to resolve to help make your property investing journey smooth and stress free.

We will also review the template together in more detail during the 1-1 Strategy Session to really drill down on the outcomes you are looking for.

At the end of the Strategy Session we will have a super clear picture of where you are now. We will have clearly documented your next steps which may include tidying up your finances and or arranging a finance pre-approval and will have thoroughly discussed if we feel we can assist you on your property journey. This time is also your opportunity to review whether you are happy for us to assist you further so please come prepared with any questions you would like to ask.

After the Strategy Session we will review what strategies we feel may help you reach your goals and document those into your Strategy Template. We then send the template back to you so you have all the info you need to take the next steps in your property journey. 

At this stage if you decide you would like to work with us further and engage us to act as your trusted Buyers Agent we will provide further info on how to formally engage us and once complete would then immediately start the search for the perfect property to fit your portfolio.

If you decide that you do not wish to work with us any further that's perfectly OK...just let us know...we promise we won't be offended! You will however have your completed Strategy Template document to keep, complete with our recommended strategies so if you prefer you can execute on those autonomously, or other any options as you please...or if we can assist in the future you know where to find us!
