If we both decide we are a good fit to work together you are welcome to then book a Free No Obligation 1-1 Strategy Session. We then send you a Strategy Template to complete (don't stress it only takes about 15 minutes to fill out) which will give us an understanding of your current position and your goals.

We then meet for a more detailed Strategy Session where we really start to drill down on your goals, and roadblocks from reaching them and how we can resolve those.

By the end of the Strategy Session we will both be super clear on what your next steps are to prepare for a property purchase should you wish to proceed further. We will document these steps for you in your Strategy template so you can knock these over and this may include steps such as cleaning up finances such as credit card\personal debt and or arranging pre approval finance. 

We can recommend an amazing broker if you don't already have one!

We then take some time to review what strategies we feel would help you reach your goals and document those Strategies in your Strategy Template. The Strategy Template is now complete and is yours to keep regardless of whether you choose to engage us as your trusted Buyers Agent...remember, we are here to help people on their property journey to empower them with knowledge for success. This is why we offer our service and time to this point for free.

At this stage if you would like to formally engage us to assist with sourcing a property for you that is 100% aligned with your goals and chosen Strategy we would firstly get super excited, and secondly send you some basic paperwork to complete to engage us as your trusted Buyers Agent. 

This is also the stage where we request an initial retainer which is 50% of our full fee. Note, most of this initial 50% we spend on Travel, Data Sourcing and Artificial Intelligence tools that help us to source you the absolute best property to meet your goals and chosen strategy...Yes, 100% we use AI tools to find amazing properties!!!

We then immediately start the search for the perfect property for you. Depending on the state of the market at the time, your strategy, budget and requirements the sourcing phase can be anywhere from a few days to a few months but in most cases we can find you a number of properties to fit your brief in 1-3 weeks.

Once you are happy to proceed with buying one of the properties presented to you we would discuss putting forward an offer and relevant terms. Don't stress as we take care of everything during this phase of the negotiation and will regularly report back to you, however you must be prepared at this stage to be decisive as being able to make decisions and act quickly can often be the difference between securing the property at a good price and with good terms, or not securing the property at all.

If the Vendor\Seller accepts your offer we would work through the signing of the contracts with you and liaise with all required parties (lawyers\brokers\selling agent) to ensure a smooth process from contract signing, moving to contract unconditional phase and finally through to settlement, including pre settlement inspection etc which we will take care of for you.

Once contracts have been exchanged we also request the final 50% of our fee from you but don't stress as that's not where our relationship ends. We are with you whenever you need us going forward whether it relates to this purchase or not and are only ever a phone call away.

Once settlement has completed...well this is pretty self explanatory but put some time aside to reflect as we believe it is very important to celebrate the wins and we want to share that moment with you!
